| All shipments are FOB - Houston, TX. Freight Collect. We reserve the right to choose best shipment method, unless prearrangements have been made. |
| Damage/Defective Merchandise |

No returns or exchanges on "Close Out" merchandise. No returns on new merchandise in good condition. Any returns or exchanges must be in original packaging. Damaged merchandise must be claimed against carrier ASAP. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise via writing, email, or fax. All part orders must be reported within 90 days via writing, email, or fax. |
